  • Complete the Late Submission Appeal Form, also available via the BCYF portal and monthly grantee newsletters.

Step 2: BCYF Team Review

  • Appeals are reviewed by a committee consisting of Portfolio, Financial Technical Assistance, and Compliance team members.

  • Decisions are based on the severity of circumstances, compliance history, and impact on BCYF’s processes.

Step 3: Communication of Decision

  • Approved appeals will receive an updated submission deadline.

  • Denied appeals will include a rationale and potential consequences for future delays.

  • Communication will be managed via email.

Step 4: Grantee Submission of Approved Late Reports

  • Further delays in submissions without approval will not be accepted, and compliance actions may follow.
